About Adam

I am an author, real estate coach, entrepreneur, and economic development strategist.
I've dedicated my career and education to the art and science of growing cities and towns. Through earning a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Policy, advising mayors and planners, working in a world-class think-tank, founding a real estate advisory firm, and other experience in the government and private sectors, I've developed a unique perspective on municipalities. With this outlook and foundation, I can look at blocks, neighborhoods, suburbs, and cities on a subsurface level and understand their histories, components, and trajectories. I then strategize for the future.
Through my company, I advise investment firms and share my knowledge with real estate professionals (agents, investors, etc). I teach my clients, how to capitalize on the secrets of how towns and cities are built so they can make more money on their real estate ventures.
I've gained my knowledge of real estate and economic development from:
I am originally from Stoughton, MA, and I now live with my wife, Masha, and our daughter, Mariashi, in Brooklyn, NY.
